Going to the dentist can be intimidating. Enjoy our comfortable and newly renovated office. At Kaizen Dental Center you will have the option for a comfortable pillow and tunes to meet your liking. Our office has pleasant fresh aromas – not that classic ‘dental office smell’ Gross!

We believe that EVERYONE should be able to have access to quality dental care. This is why we work hard to keep our costs 25% below the local averages.

Every child deserves to have a bright and healthy smile. Kids and teenagers are always welcome! Kids and teenagers have unique dental needs different than adults. Healthy kids grow up to be healthy adults.
4. You Are Busy
Not everyone can miss work and/or school to go to the dentist – and they shouldn’t have to. For this reason, we make the time to see you during our Extended Evening Hours.
We also strive to offer Same-Day Treatment and give the option for Extended Appointment times — so you can have the same care provided, with fewer trips to the dentist.
5. We Care About Our Community
Our Honolulu dentist, and most of our staff, have grown up local to the area. We care about our community and are always looking for ways to give back. Our team can frequently be seen performing Random Acts of Kindness in the Downtown Honolulu community.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit Hawaii, the staff at Kaizen Dental Center 3D printed over 10,000 face shields at the dental lab of Dr. Eric Muraoka, for nursing homes and essential workers. We donated to multiple Nurses, Doctors, Dentists, Firefighters, and Police Officers.

With recent changes in healthcare, it seems like fewer and fewer doctors are accepting your insurance. We strive to accept as many dental insurance policies as possible, as we are in network with >90% of all PPO plans.

Sometimes dental problems can be confusing. Our staff will explain all treatment in simple terms so that our patients fully understand what is needed. Patients will never be pressured into treatment. We want everyone on the same page.
